Secure an Application
for Admission Test at the Registrar's Desk.

Pay the Testing Fee of
Php 500.00 at the Cashier's Office.

Get the schedule of
Admission Test at the Registrar.

Results of the exam
will be released after 3 days. Inquiry of test
results thru telephone will not be entertained.

After obtaining the
result - PASSED or CONDITIONAL, please proceed to
the Admission Officer for an interview together with
the student applicant's parent/guardian.

Proceed to the
Registrar to secure the registration Form.

Pay at the Cashier's
Office.

Proceed tot he OSA for
payment of Student Body Organization Fee of Php
50.00 (Preschool not included).
