Senior's Corregidor Trip and Launching of Green Generation Movement

The recent senior's trip to Corregidor was a
success despite the down pour of rain while touring the historic
island fortress. The students were engaged in various activities
such as hiking, night lateral visit and most of all the
spiritual encounter which gave our students a whole new
experience - learning to preserve nature and give value to life.
The island's nature activities aimed to improve eco-tourism and
build understanding on nature conservation. With this, HHIS
together with the senior students launched the Green Generation
Movement last Wednesday (October 14, 2009) through a video
presentation made by our own high school students and a short
talk on how and why we should protect our environment as part of
becoming a socially and morally responsible individual. Go green
and save the Earth!
