MISSION
Harrell Horne Integrated School, being a learning institution centered on the Word of God, we will incarnate the philosophy of Professor Herman Harrell Horne that the total formation of man can be achieved through Gospel-based education in order to strengthen the learner’s spiritual, emotional, social, and intellectial pursuits and development.
- Use Biblical principles as the foundation of our pedagogical practice;
- Engage learners through challenging and meaningful scholastic and extra-curricular programs with the aid of technology;
- Develop confident and motivated learners;
- Empower learners to apply their unique God-given talents and knowledge;

Harrell Horne Integrated School (HHIS) was named after Herman Harrell Horne, a nineteenth century American Educator-Philosopher by the its founder, Mrs. Ma. Luz Sarabia Villaneva, an educate graduate. They envision the community who can achieve success for being democratic, progressive, globally-competent, responsible, socially and morally accountable with the aid of the Divine Providence.
A year after its establishment, on account of its rapid growth in enrollment , from pre-school learning center in 1993 , the school has now offering pre-school, elementary education, Junior High School and Senior High School. It implements K-12 basic education program that offers Academic track in Accountancy, Business and Management (ABM) strand and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) strand and also in Technical Vocational Livelihood (TVL) track.
HHIS has gone a very long way. It become one of the most competent and competitive institutions in the delivery of Basic Education.
